PAMA rolls out ‘legal memoranda’ course as part of training strategy

Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait visited the Public Authority for Minors’ Affairs, where he was briefed on the Authority’s initiatives to strengthen legal competencies and enhance employee training—key components in elevating government performance and promoting institutional justice.
Dalal Al-Nouri, Acting Director-General of the Authority, told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that a series of specialized legal training courses has been launched under the directives of Minister Al-Sumait, who also chairs the Authority’s Board of Directors.
Al-Nouri highlighted that these training programs reflect the Authority’s commitment to developing its legal cadres, improving their practical capabilities, and reinforcing the legal system within government institutions.
The first course, titled “Preparing Legal Memoranda,” aims to equip participants with the skills needed to draft legal documents professionally and accurately, thereby improving the quality of legal decisions within the Authority.
Al-Nouri reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to fostering a work environment grounded in merit and professional growth. She noted that 117 legal professionals within the Authority have benefited from the training so far.
She added that the legal training initiative will continue with more advanced and diverse programs designed to deepen specialization and enhance the legal services provided to those under the Authority’s care.
