PAM on inspection tour of Mubarakiya to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has carried out an extensive inspection campaign in the Mubarakiya area, led by Acting Director General Eng. Rabab Al-Osaimi, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen oversight of the labor market and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
The campaign aimed to verify that establishments in the area are adhering to laws and regulations, with the goal of safeguarding the rights of both workers and business owners, reports Al-Rai daily.
Al-Osaimi emphasized that the authority’s inspection campaigns form a vital part of its strategy to promote a safe, fair, and organized work environment—one that supports Kuwait’s economic development and maintains balance between all stakeholders in the labor market.
She affirmed that such campaigns will continue on a regular basis, ensuring that all entities operating within the country remain compliant with regulations designed to protect workers’ rights and business integrity.
