PAM lays down conditions for part-time work

Following the decision to allow employees in the private sector to work part-time a source from the Public Authority for Manpower said PAM is in the process of writing down guidelines in this regard.

The Al-Anba daily said, all processes will be automated and conducted through officially approved PAM programs, including “easier service,” “easy application,” and the Authority’s website.

According to the source, a form will be made available on the websites which must be completed and submitted online, and requires the approval of the sponsor and subsequent endorsement from the second employer.

Further controls and conditions are will be presented to the Minister of Interior for approval. It is important to note that the decision to allow partial work has been operational since the beginning of the current month.
