PAM launches new financial security system via ‘Ashal’ corporate portal

The Public Authority for Manpower has launched a new Financial Security System through its “Ashal” portal for corporate services, to enhance coordination between employers and the Authority’s financial security departments.
In a statement, the Authority explained that this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to modernize the work environment and improve financial procedures.
The new system, according to Al-Rai daily, introduces an efficient and secure electronic framework designed to protect the financial entitlements of both employees and employers.
The Authority emphasized that the Financial Guarantee System marks a significant milestone in the development of its digital services infrastructure. It includes a range of advanced electronic tools that enable business owners to manage the issuance and retrieval of financial guarantees seamlessly.
This upgrade supports the Authority’s broader digital transformation strategy, aiming to reduce paperwork, improve operational efficiency, minimize human error, and expedite decision-making. These improvements are expected to boost transparency, accuracy, and the protection of rights within employment-related transactions.
The Authority urged all business owners to comply with the new system’s implementation and take advantage of its features through the designated electronic channels, beginning from the official rollout date on Monday, May 26, 2025.
