PAM cancels certain financial guarantees for businesses
The Public Authority for Manpower announced the cancellation of specific financial guarantees in line with Administrative Resolution No. 1377/2025.
The cancellation covers cleaning, security, and handling activities, as well as guarantees related to the work permits of absconding workers and workers against whom a final judgment has been issued.
This is in addition to commercial licenses for citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries, reports Al-Rai daily.
In a related update, the acting Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, Rabab Al-Osaimi, confirmed the continuation of field inspection campaigns to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Al-Osaimi recently led an inspection campaign in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
