PACI to temporarily suspend e-services due to maintenance

The Public Authority for Civil Information has announced a temporary suspension of its electronic services due to maintenance and updates.

PACI added all systems and services available through its official website and the Sahel application will be unavailable from Wednesday, August 20, 2025, until Friday, August 22, 2025.

The suspension comes as part of scheduled periodic updates aimed at enhancing performance of the system and ensuring service continuity. Services are expected to resume immediately after the maintenance period.
