PACI temporarily suspends work at Jahra Branch

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced the temporary suspension of all operations at its Jahra branch. This decision comes as a result of a power outage caused by ongoing maintenance work in the area.

In an official statement, PACI clarified that the interruption in electrical service has made it impossible to continue delivering services at the Jahra branch during the affected period, reports Al-Rai daily.

The authority emphasized that the suspension is strictly temporary and that operations will resume as soon as the maintenance work is completed and power is fully restored.

PACI urged citizens and residents who need to access its services to use alternative branches or to complete their transactions through the Authority’s electronic platforms and online services, where possible. This measure aims to reduce inconvenience and ensure continuity of service despite the temporary closure.
