PACI launches new address change service for non-Kuwaitis via ‘Sahel’ App

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced the introduction of a new digital service through the unified government application “Sahel” that allows non-Kuwaiti residents to update their residential address electronically, streamlining the process and enhancing user convenience.

This initiative is part of PACI’s ongoing efforts to digitize services and improve the efficiency of civil information management in Kuwait.

The authority emphasized that the new service is designed to ensure faster processing times and reduce the need for in-person visits.

Residents can now access the “Address Change for Non-Kuwaitis” option through the “Sahel” app, where they will be guided through a secure and straightforward procedure to update their official residency details.
