  • The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has canceled the residency addresses of 322 people.

  • Those affected must update their addresses with PACI within 30 days to avoid a fine of up to 100 dinars.

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced the cancellation of the residency addresses of 322 people.

The cancellations were made based on either the landlord’s declaration or the demolition of the building.

Al-Rai newspaper reports that PACI published the announcement in Al-Kuwait Al-Youm newspaper, to inform those impacted by the address cancellations.

Individuals whose addresses were cancelled must visit PACI within 30 days of the announcement’s publication date (July 6, 2024).

In order to update their residency information, affected individuals need to bring necessary documentation to PACI.

Failure to update residency information within the stipulated timeframe will result in a fine of up to 100 Kuwaiti dinars per person, as outlined in Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982.
