The Meteorological Department of Directorate General of Civil Aviation has forecast on Saturday evening that thunderstorms would continue in Kuwait in the coming couple of days. The country will witness heavy rains and northeastern to southeastern winds with speed of 25-60 km/h., which will stir sea waves as high as six feet, head of the department’s forecast division Dhrar Al-Ali told local media.

Al-Ali advised seamen and motorists to keep a wary eye on the weather in the coming 48
hours due to poor visibility, and noted that the weather will start improving as of Tuesday morning.
