We congratulate the State of Kuwait and its honorable people on the assumption of His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to the reins of government. We affirm the appreciation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for the depth of the relationship with Kuwait and the country’s strategy of providing humanitarian aid for more than thirty years that helped millions of refugees around the world. We pray to God Almighty to perpetuate the development and progress of the State of Kuwait in a way that achieves the ambitions of its wise leadership and its generous people.
