Under replacement policy of CSC, Ministry of Education has adopted a five-year plan to terminate the services of some 600 expat workers hired on special contracts.
An educational source affirmed the continuation of its replacement policy, noting the plan for fiscal year 2019-2020 covers some teaching staff, a limited number of engineers, accountants, legal personnel, and researchers in social and psychological services sector.
