‘Nazaha’ refers Social Affairs supervisor for alleged funds crime

The authority affirmed its commitment to persist in examining and gathering pertinent information, conducting thorough investigations into all credible reports it receives.

The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority, known as ‘Nazaha,’ has referred a supervisor from the Ministry of Social Affairs to the Public Prosecution on suspicion of committing a crime related to harming public funds.

‘Nazaha’ has affirmed its commitment to persist in examining and gathering pertinent information, conducting thorough investigations into all credible reports it receives. This commitment was reported by Al Rai newspaper.

It stated that it “always values the role of whistleblowers in exercising their duty to help the commission access necessary information and data on corruption incidents. It is committed, at the same time, to providing them with the maximum levels of protection and confidentiality required by law and executive regulations.”
