Nazaha refers former minister to prosecution

The General Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) referred a former minister to the Public Prosecution for committing the suspicion of two crimes: facilitating the seizure of public money and serious damage to the interests and funds of the state, stating its determination to continue its efforts to investigate the case.

In its account on X yesterday, the authority valued the role of whistleblowers in helping to access the necessary information and data on the facts of corruption, reiterating its commitment to provide the maximum protection and confidentiality necessary to them, in accordance with the law, as reported by the Arabic daily Al Jarida.
