Nazaha refers 82 persons to Prosecution over financial disclosure violations

The Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred 82 individuals to the Public Prosecution for submitting incorrect financial disclosure statements and for failing to submit their declarations within the legally specified deadlines.
Nazaha emphasized that all persons subject to the provisions of financial disclosure must submit their declarations accurately and on time to avoid legal accountability.
Violations are subject to the penalties stipulated under Law No. 2 of 2016, repots Al-Rai daily.
The referral reflects the authority’s continued efforts to enforce transparency and integrity in public and governmental institutions and to hold individuals accountable for breaches of financial disclosure regulations.
