Nazaha refers 24 individuals to Prosecution over late financial disclosures

The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) referred 24 people to the Public Prosecution for failing to submit their financial disclosure statements within the legally mandated deadlines during October 2025.
On Tuesday, Nazaha has urged all those required to file financial declarations to ensure accuracy and transparency when submitting their statements on time, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The authority emphasized that compliance is both a legal and moral responsibility, vital for protecting public funds, promoting integrity, and strengthening public trust in state institutions.
