Nationwide security sweep nets 178 violators of laws

The General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations of the Ministry of Interior (MOI), announced the arrest of 178 violators and wanted persons during a large-scale security campaign across all governorates.

According to a press release issued by the Public Relations and Security Media Department, said, the campaign comes under the directives of Deputy First Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and uphold the rule of law.

The operation, carried out by the Violators Follow-up and Inspection Departments, focused on areas with high population density.

The MOI stressed the violator and the employer will be held accountable, with no tolerance for breaches of the law.

The authorities reaffirmed their commitment to continuing such campaigns to maintain security and curb illegal practices.
