National labor support services achieve complete digital shift
All national workers in private sector companies can access electronic services for updating private data, managing labor support, handling leaves, and processing work termination documents.
• The required documents to activate the electronic services include a copy of the commissioner’s approval, a copy of the signatory’s civil ID, and the acknowledgment and pledge form.
Sources at the Public Authority for Manpower confirmed that all national labor services have been digitized through ‘Sahl.’ According to Al Anba newspaper, this includes managing the disbursement of national labor support benefits for the private sector.
The sources told the newspaper that all national workers in private sector companies registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance can access several electronic services, including: requesting updates to private data (for the first time), updating beneficiary data for labor support of all types, and managing leaves, as well as handling work termination documents (resignation or dismissal).
They noted that these services are available to all companies with a valid license from the relevant authority and approved by the General Organization for Social Insurance.
The sources added that the required documents to activate the electronic services include a copy of the commissioner’s approval, a copy of the signatory’s civil ID, and the acknowledgment and pledge form.
The services offered include job opportunity postings, job seeker searches, nominating job seekers for company positions, completing all employee transactions for labor support, registering new employees, updating data, printing salary certificates for labor, and processing leave and termination transactions.
