Municipality removes abandoned vehicles, power generators

The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality said during a campaign organized by the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department of the Ahmadi Municipality branch seven mobile vehicles and eight power generators were lifted from the Al-Sabahiya and Al-Raqqa areas.
According to Al-Jarida daily, the campaign organized in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, was part of ongoing efforts to preserve the aesthetic and civilized view of public spaces.
The initiative included field inspections to address abandoned vehicles, unauthorized road use, and cleanliness violations.
Saad Al-Khurainj, Director of the General Cleanliness and Road Occupation Department at Al-Ahmadi Municipality, stated that inspectors conducted intensive tours across the governorate during the campaign.
In addition to the removals, eight violations were issued in the two areas. The campaign aims to eliminate all forms of visual pollution and ensure roadways remain accessible and orderly for residents.
