Municipality removes 69 abandoned vehicles in Jahra, issues over 650 warnings

Nawaf Al-Mutairi, Director of the Public Hygiene and Road Occupation Department in Jahra Governorate, said inspection teams intensified their field efforts recently removing 69 abandoned, scrap, heavy and mobile vehicles, as well as commercial containers.
The teams also issued 655 warning stickers for violations and replaced 535 old waste containers to improve cleanliness and efficiency, reports Al-Rai daily.
The Kuwait Municipality’s Public Relations Department announced that these inspection campaigns will continue across all governorates, with field teams actively monitoring sanitation and public space violations.
Authorities emphasized the importance of public cooperation in enforcing municipal laws and called for zero tolerance toward any encroachments or negligence, assuring that legal measures will be taken against violators.
