Municipality removes 21 vehicles, issues 108 violations in Al-Kabeer governorate

The Kuwait Municipality’s Public Relations Department, reported the removal of 21 abandoned and scrap vehicles, a boat, a caravan, commercial containers, and mobile vehicles, along with issuing 108 violations for public cleanliness and road obstructions in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate.

The Municipality stated that the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipality branch issued 97 removal notices for abandoned vehicles, commercial containers, and mobile grocery stores, while also replacing 71 old containers with new ones.

Furthermore, the field teams of the General Cleanliness Departments will continue their intensified inspections to detect and remove violations related to cleanliness regulations and road occupations across all governorates.

Importantly, extensive patrols have been conducted in residential areas to enhance cleanliness, clear road obstructions, prevent waste dumping outside containers, and clean beaches as well as main and internal streets.

The department’s inspection team remains committed to ongoing field visits and will take all necessary legal actions against violators without hesitation.
