Municipality intensifies cleanliness, road inspection campaigns across governorates
Efforts reflect the Municipality’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly urban environment for all residents.

The Public Relations Department at Kuwait Municipality said ongoing inspection campaigns conducted by field teams from the Public Sanitation and Road Occupancy Departments across various governorates have led to a series of enforcement actions and improvements.
As part of the campaign’s latest efforts 19 abandoned and scrap vehicles were removed; 60 warning stickers were placed on abandoned vehicles and non-compliant commercial containers; 18 violations related to public sanitation and road occupancy were documented and 14 old waste containers were replaced with new ones.
The campaigns are part of the Municipality’s broader initiative to detect and eliminate sanitation and road occupancy regulations violations and to reinforce the regulatory oversight role of municipal bodies.
In Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, the Public Sanitation and Road Occupancy Department carried out comprehensive inspection tours in residential areas. The focus was on enhancing public cleanliness; preventing the disposal of waste outside designated containers or locations and cleaning beaches, main roads, and internal streets.
These efforts reflect the Municipality’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly urban environment for all residents.
