Municipality completes demolition of dilapidated properties in Jleeb

The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality announced that demolition work on unsafe and collapsing properties in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh has been completed following the expiration of the removal deadline.

The action was taken due to the hazardous condition of the buildings, with the aim of safeguarding lives, property, and public safety.

The municipality confirmed the removal of 3,190 tons of rubble from five dilapidated properties. The demolition and clearance operations are proceeding according to schedule and in coordination with the relevant authorities.

The campaign is part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to address unsafe structures across the area and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
