Municipality closes 3 shops, removes illegal structures in Abdullah Al-Mubarak

The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced the closure of three commercial shops and the removal of 40 illegal awnings and nine unauthorized camps in the Abdullah Al Mubarak area during inspection campaigns carried out in February.
Engineer Fahd Al Muwaizri, Head of the Violations Removal Department at the Farwaniya branch of the municipality, said the campaign also resulted in the issuance of 61 warnings for residents in the area for committing various types violations, Al-Rai daily reports.

He explained that the violations included encroachments on state property and obstructions to public services. He added that the authorities also issued a temporary eviction order as part of enforcement measures.
Al-Muwaizri said inspection teams will continue monitoring and removing violations to preserve public order and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.
