Municipality campaign in Riqqa targets street vendors, encroachments on govt land

The Ahmadi Governorate Municipality conducted an intensive field campaign in the Riqqa area targeting violations and ensuring public safety.

During the campaign, municipal teams removed five unauthorized food trucks operating without proper permits and issued 11 citations for various offenses, including street vending and misuse of public spaces.

Authorities also placed 19 warning signs and official notices to violators, emphasizing the importance of adhering to municipal regulations.

The campaign comes as part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to regulate public areas, maintain order, and protect the rights of residents and businesses.
