Municipal Council approves new activities at Kuwait Flour Mills Bakery outlets

In its Monday session chaired by Vice Chairman Khaled Al-Mutairi, Kuwait’s Municipal Council approved several development and infrastructure requests.
It authorized the Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company to add new activities at all its bakery retail outlets.
The Council approved the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy’s request to allocate a water supply route for delivering fresh water to the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company’s LNG plant in Umm Al-Aish, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The Ministry of Public Works received approval to allocate land for a pumping station and two sewage lines to transport wastewater from the West and South Abdullah Al-Mubarak housing areas to the Kabd purification plant.
The Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources was allowed to relocate a poultry company within the Sulaibiya agricultural area.
A proposal submitted by Al-Mutairi to allocate a new site in Kabd for the Sulaibiya agricultural water pump was also approved.
The Council concluded the session by approving a summer recess for its members, scheduled from August 10 to September 9.
