MoSA dissolves of Al-Qurain Charity Society under new ministerial resolution

The Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr Amthal Al Huwailah, has issued Ministerial Resolution No. 43 of 2026 ordering the dissolution of the Al Qurain Charity Society, as part of regulatory measures governing charity societies.

According to the decision:

• Article One formally mandates the dissolution of the society.
• Article Two prohibits the association’s board of directors and employees from disposing of any funds, assets, or official documents.

It also requires them to hand over all materials and financial holdings in their possession to representatives appointed by the ministry to oversee liquidation procedures, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Article Three stipulates that the resolution takes immediate effect from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette. Relevant authorities have been instructed to implement the decision and ensure compliance with its provisions.
