MoSA adds instant service for family care beneficiaries on Sahel

The Ministry of Social Affairs announced on Monday the launch of a new instant notification service for beneficiaries of Family Care Department programs through the unified government e-services app “Sahel.”

This initiative will strengthen direct communication with beneficiaries, simplify procedures, and enhance service efficiency and transparency.

In a press statement, the ministry explained that the new service will notify users immediately of any updates to their files. These alerts include changes such as the suspension or reactivation of social assistance, modifications in the value of assistance, or data updates linked to continued eligibility, reports Al-Rai daily.

The ministry affirmed its commitment to advancing digital transformation in line with Kuwait’s national vision, stating that this move reflects ongoing efforts to develop and modernize electronic services and promote greater transparency and user engagement in the delivery of family care benefits.
