MOI releases disciplined police officers in Eid Al-Adha gesture
Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, issued a decision on Wednesday to release all police personnel currently under disciplinary detention, with time served deemed sufficient, in celebration of Eid Al-Adha.
The Ministry stated that the move reflects the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, underscoring his commitment to allowing security personnel to share the joy of the occasion with their families and promoting the humanitarian and social values within the police force, reports Al-Rai daily.
