MOI introduces three new electronic services via Sahel App

The Ministry of Interior, through its General Department of Information Systems and in coordination with the General Department of Investigations, has announced the launch of three new electronic services via Sahel, the unified government app for electronic services.

The new services include:

• Issuing a certificate to whom it may concern regarding complaints referred to the Technical Office Department.
• Scheduling a meeting with the Director of the Technical Office for complaints and cases considered by the Technical Office Department.
• Sending notifications electronically to summon applicants to review matters with the Technical Office Department.

The launch is part of ongoing efforts to streamline government procedures and improve accessibility and efficiency in handling complaints and technical cases, reports Al-Jarida daily.
