MoI handles 12 debris reports from defensive operations in 24 hours

Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior said that explosive ordnance disposal teams handled 12 reports related to debris resulting from defensive operations over the past 24 hours.

The statement was made by Director General of the General Department of Security Relations and Media and official spokesperson for the ministry Nasser Bouslaib during a media briefing on the latest developments in light of the Iranian aggression on Kuwait.

The spokesman affirmed that the country’s security and military institutions continue to perform their duties with high efficiency around the clock. He added that air raid sirens were activated once during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of activations since the beginning of the aggression to 89.

He urged the public to remain calm when sirens sound or when hearing the sounds of defensive interception operations, advising them to stay in safe areas inside buildings and away from windows and exposed places, and to adhere to instructions issued by official
authorities to ensure everyone’s safety.

He stressed that public awareness and compliance with instructions are essential to strengthening security and safety. _ KUNA
