MOI gets tough with overtaking and traffic obstruction violations
Part of ongoing efforts to enhance traffic safety; urges citizens and residents to comply with traffic laws to protect everyone on the roads.
The Ministry of Interior, through its Traffic Affairs and Operations Sector, conducted field campaigns targeting drivers who violate overtaking rules or intentionally obstruct traffic.
According to a press release on Sunday, the campaigns involved patrols from the General Traffic Department, civilian patrols from the Security Control Department, and monitoring using drones, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The Ministry emphasized its ongoing efforts to enhance traffic safety and urged citizens and residents to comply with traffic laws and cooperate with security personnel to protect everyone on the roads.
