MOH to employees: ‘Document fingerprint malfunction and send via application’

The Ministry of Health has issued a circular detailing the steps employees must follow in the event of a technical malfunction in the smart fingerprint system. This system is used to record attendance, departures, and overtime work.

According to the ministry’s statement, if an employee encounters a malfunction that prevents clocking in or out, they must immediately document the issue by taking a photograph of the phone screen displaying the error or the malfunction message, reports Al-Rai daily.

The image should then be submitted directly through the smart fingerprint application via the control screen on the home page. Employees are not required to contact the ministry directly regarding such malfunctions.

The Ministry emphasized that this procedure is part of its efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the fingerprint system while maintaining strict adherence to official working hours.
