Misuse of agricultural holdings may result in withdrawal: PAAAFR

The Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources has stressed the importance of strict compliance by owners of agricultural holdings and plots with the terms and conditions of allocation, as well as all contractual and regulatory requirements, warning against any use that deviates from the purpose for which the holding was allocated.
The Authority emphasized that any violation of allocation conditions or contract provisions will expose the violator to legal and administrative action in accordance with applicable regulations, reports Al-Rai daily.
These measures include issuing formal warnings and, where necessary, withdrawing the agricultural holding or voucher.
The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to enforcing regulations to ensure proper use of agricultural land and to protect public resources in line with established laws and policies.
