The ministry emphasized that to safeguard public funds, it will implement several precautionary measures, including activating an automated disconnection process starting in early December. It clarified that this process will apply to all subscribers who have not paid their accumulated annual contributions, whether for domestic or commercial services.

The ministry further stated that if a subscriber fails to settle the financial dues for any services, all services to the subscriber will be suspended. These services will only be reinstated once all outstanding amounts have been fully paid.

As part of its measures to ensure the collection of financial dues from third parties, the ministry will coordinate with government institutions to impose restrictions on all government transactions of individuals and companies that default on payments. Subscribers are urged to respond promptly to these notifications and pay their dues early to ensure uninterrupted telephone services, avoid inclusion in the automated disconnection process, and prevent restrictionson other government transactions.
