Ministry of Social Affairs launches ‘Sahel’ bookings to meet ministers

Ahmed Al-Enzi, the Director of the Public Relations Department and official spokesperson for the Ministry of Social Affairs, announced that, as part of the organization of work and the implementation of an open-door policy, citizens and visitors can now schedule appointments through the unified electronic government services application ‘Sahel.’ They can select the option to meet the minister through the appointments section within the Ministry of Social Affairs field.

Al-Enezi stressed that the ministry is keen on translating the royal directives and instructions of the Council of Ministers regarding the implementation of the open-door policy, overcoming obstacles faced by all citizens, and providing them with all aspects of care and attention in the best possible way.
