Ministry of Interior’s new national identity center opens in Al-Masayel
The center in Mubarak Al-Kabeer offers a range of services to citizens including birth and death certificates, passport and civil ID issuance and renewal, and citizenship for those over 18.

• Major General Ali Al-Adwani emphasized that the Ministry of Interior spares no effort in equipping its various sectors with the latest technology, modern facilities, advanced service centers, and sophisticated technical systems.
As part of its ongoing efforts to improve services and streamline procedures for citizens, the Ministry of Interior has inaugurated a new national identity center in the Al-Masayel area of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate. The opening aligns with the ministry’s strategy to expand service centers across Kuwait, according to Arabic daily Al Jarida.
The inauguration was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Nationality and Residency Affairs, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, who was welcomed by Director General of the General Department of Nationality and Travel Documents, Brigadier General Fawaz Nasser Al-Roumi, his assistant Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Amhouj, Director of the National Identity Centers Department, Colonel Saad Al-Khudair, along with several senior officials from the department.
Major General Al-Adwani emphasized that the Ministry of Interior spares no effort in equipping its various sectors with the latest technology, modern facilities, advanced service centers, and sophisticated technical systems. These efforts contribute to delivering comprehensive and integrated security services that reflect the civilized image of the State of Kuwait and keep pace with rapid developments across various fields.
The center offers a range of services to citizens, including the issuance of birth and death certificates, passport issuance and renewal, granting citizenship to those who have reached the age of 18, and issuing and renewing civil ID cards. It is open to visitors daily during official working days, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
