The Ministry of Health is set to introduce a new smart fingerprint attendance system in the coming days, reports Al-Jarida newspaper.
This innovative system will be implemented using smartphones, marking a significant step towards digitalizing attendance tracking within the healthcare sector.
A recent announcement on the Ministry’s official website revealed that a detailed circular outlining the implementation process will be issued shortly.
As part of the rollout, the system will undergo an initial trial period to ensure seamless operation and address any potential technical issues. Once all necessary procedures and arrangements are finalized, the system will be fully implemented across the ministry.
To use the new attendance system, employees will be required to register and verify their identity using the ‘My Identity’ platform.
Once registered, they will be provided with a unique username and password to access the ‘Time365’ application, which can be downloaded from both the App Store and Google Play.
