The event which runs until November 22 reflects Kuwait’s commitment to strengthening Arab cultural and media ties and its position as an active regional hub for cultural and media exchange

Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi inaugurated on Thursday the “Kuwait Brings Us Together” event, organized by the Ministry of Information in cooperation with the Kuwait Airways, as part of a joint effort among national institutions to enhance cultural and media engagement and support community initiatives.
Speaking at the opening ceremony held at Martyr’s Park, with wide participation from embassies of Gulf and Arab countries, Minister Al-Mutairi said the event reflects Kuwait’s commitment to strengthening Arab cultural and media ties and its position as an active regional hub for cultural and media exchange.

He explained that the event — which runs until November 22 — is part of the activities marking Kuwait’s selection as the Capital of Arab Culture and Media 2025, aiming to showcase the richness and diversity of Arab culture, promote cultural dialogue, and celebrate shared Arab heritage.
Al-Mutairi added that the initiative embodies Kuwait’s dedication to deepening its cultural and media relations with Arab nations, building bridges of dialogue, and supporting joint projects that reinforce Arab cultural unity and identity.

For his part, Kuwait Airways Chairman Abdulmohsen Al-Fuqaan emphasized the airline’s pride in partnering with the Ministry of Information to organize an event that reflects Kuwait’s cultural vibrancy and national spirit.
He noted that Kuwait Airways had mobilized all its expertise and logistical resources to ensure the event’s success, including facilitating arrangements for participating delegations.
Al-Fuqaan highlighted that the cooperation between Kuwait Airways and the Ministry reflects a shared vision to promote Kuwaiti heritage, enhance the country’s image as a regional cultural and tourism destination, and contribute to national development efforts.
Throughout the event, participating embassies are showcasing their cultural and historical artifacts at dedicated pavilions, celebrating the depth of Arab ties and the shared cultural identity uniting Arab nations.
The Martyr’s Park Theatre will also host daily folkloric performances from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., offering visitors a vibrant display of Arab artistic traditions and cultural diversity.
