Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood, and State Minister for Youth Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, has instructed her ministry to expedite the processing of citizens’ complaints and suggestions.
The minister emphasized the need for transparency, strict adherence to the law, and a commitment to the principles of justice and fairness in addressing all inquiries.
Al-Huwaila’s directive comes as part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance communication with the public, reports Al-Rai newspaper.
She stressed that an open-door policy is essential for fostering direct dialogue with citizens and ensuring that their needs are prioritized.
