Military helicopter crash in Isfahan leaves four dead after technical failure

A military helicopter belonging to the Iranian Army crashed on Tuesday morning in the Darchi area of Isfahan province, killing four people on board, according to reports by Mehr News Agency.

The agency quoted the Director General of Crisis Management in Isfahan as saying that the helicopter went down while flying over agricultural land near the fruit and vegetable market in Darchi due to a technical malfunction.

The official confirmed that the victims included the pilot, co-pilot, and two accompanying personnel, all of whom were killed in the crash. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, while emergency teams responded to the crash site shortly after the accident occurred.
