Man caught with drugs, alcohol, and cash makes vain attempt to escape

The Capital Rescue Police have arrested a man in his thirties in East Kuwait. At the time of arrest the suspect was allegedly under the influence of drugs and in possession banned substances and alcohol.

The Al-Anba daily said, the arrest came after the patrol officers noticed the man, who was driving a four-wheeler was changing track recklessly which signified he was abnormal.

When told to stop, the man stepped on the gas pedal and attempted to escape, prompting officers to intervene and force the vehicle to stop.

When the officers walked up the suspect, it was evident he was abnormal.

A search of the vehicle and the suspect yielded two bottles of alcohol, a quantity of narcotic substances and more than 1,000 dinars in cash.
