Major-General Al-Adwani chairs key meeting to advance security training programs

Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, presided over the 42nd meeting of the Council of the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences this morning.
The session brought together council members representing various academic, educational, and security institutions to review and advance the academy’s development agenda, reports Al-Jarida daily.
In his opening remarks, Major-General Al-Adwani welcomed the attendees and praised their continued collaboration and commitment to the academy’s progress. He emphasized the vital role of aligning academic excellence with professional security training, stressing that such integration is essential to creating a comprehensive and modern educational environment for future security personnel.
Al-Adwani also expressed particular appreciation for the participation of representatives from outside the Ministry of Interior, noting that their contributions added valuable perspectives and significantly enriched the discussions. This inclusive approach, he said, helps expand developmental horizons and fosters innovation.
The council reviewed a range of proposals aimed at enhancing the academy’s academic and training programs. These discussions focused on strategies to elevate the performance of security forces and ensure their readiness to meet the complex challenges of contemporary law enforcement and public safety.
Al-Adwani underscored the importance of sustaining the momentum of reform and modernization within the academy, calling for ongoing collaboration and innovation to align with the ministry’s strategic vision.
He reiterated the commitment to continuous development in educational and training curricula to ensure that Kuwait’s security personnel are well-equipped to handle evolving national and regional security demands.
