LuLu Exchange Kuwait hosts work-life balance workshop to promote employee well-being

In its ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment, LuLu Exchange Kuwait conducted an insightful workshop titled “Creating Work-Life Balance: From Stress to Sustainability.” The session, held in collaboration with Anara Center for Mental Health, was led by Ms. Asma Imadi, a certified mental health counselor known for her work in stress management and workplace wellness.
The workshop highlighted the company’s continuous efforts to prioritize employee well-being, mental health awareness, and sustainable work practices. With workplace stress becoming an increasingly common challenge across industries, the session aimed to equip employees with practical tools to navigate pressure while maintaining overall well-being.

Ms. Imadi guided participants through key topics, including early indicators of poor work-life balance, the impact of workplace culture and stigma, and how these factors influence both productivity and personal health. She emphasized the importance of recognizing emotional and physical signs of burnout before they escalate, encouraging employees to adopt healthier boundaries and self-care habits.
The session also introduced a variety of stress-management techniques, including mindfulness practices, mindset reframing, and simple lifestyle adjustments that can help employees sustain balance in demanding work environments. Attendees actively engaged in discussions, reflecting on their own challenges and exploring realistic strategies to improve their daily routines.
