Dar Al-Muhamah wins 2025 Global Lawyers Forum award for litigation excellence

Dar Al-Muhamah Law Firm has been honored with the prestigious Litigation Law Firm of the Year 2025 award by the Global Lawyers Forum (WLF), a distinction granted annually to leading firms excelling in domestic and international litigation practices.

The award was announced during the Global Lawyers Forum, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain on April 28–29, 2025. The event brought together more than 300 legal professionals from prominent law firms and institutions across the globe to explore critical legal themes such as cybersecurity, data privacy, and the evolving landscape of cross-border litigation.

Dar Al-Muhamah was represented by a high-level delegation led by Managing Partner Attorney Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Houti and Founding Partner Attorney Mubarak Hasyan Al-Dosari.

Attorney Al-Houti, who holds a Master’s degree in Law, brings over two decades of specialized experience in corporate and financial litigation. He is a certified arbitrator at multiple local and international arbitration centers and is recognized as a prominent contributor to globally renowned legal publications.

Attorney Al-Dosari, with more than 20 years of legal practice, has extensive expertise spanning real estate, commercial and investment law, banking and finance, criminal law, and telecommunications. He is also an officially appointed judicial guardian by Kuwait’s Ministry of Justice.

Dar Al-Muhamah’s participation in this international platform reflects its commitment to advancing its strategic vision, which aligns with Kuwait Vision 2035. The firm actively promotes the representation of Kuwaiti private legal talent in major global arenas and seeks to strengthen legal collaboration with international and regional legal alliances, in harmony with Kuwait’s open ten-year development plan.

Established in 2005, Dar Al-Muhamah has solidified its status as one of Kuwait’s and the region’s foremost legal institutions. With a team exceeding 70 professionals—including over 15 attorneys and 15 legal consultants across diverse legal specializations, including an international law division—the firm maintains a robust network of affiliate offices throughout the Arab world and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), a factor that has played a key role in its international recognition.

It is worth noting that the World Lawyers Forum (WLF) was founded in 2016 with a mission to foster global legal dialogue around contemporary legal challenges and opportunities. WLF serves as a collaborative platform for legal professionals to connect, engage, and develop solutions to pressing legal issues worldwide.
