Kuwait’s security leadership inspects Nuwaiseeb crossing and Shuaiba Port
Border and port security on high alert; vigilance and dedication; no compromise on safety

The Assistant Undersecretary for Supporting Security Services, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, emphasized heightened security vigilance and decisive action to safeguard the nation during a high-profile inspection of the Nuwaiseeb border crossing and Shuaiba port on the first day of Eid Al-Fitr.

During the tour, Major General Al-Adwani conveyed the greetings of the political leadership and the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, expressing pride in the tireless efforts of security personnel and their unwavering dedication to maintaining the country’s stability and protecting its citizens.

At Nuwaiseeb, Major General Al-Adwani was received by the Acting Head of the Border Crossings Sector, Brigadier General Ali Al-Banna, along with senior security leaders.

The inspection covered multiple key sites to evaluate operational readiness, review progress, and ensure the full availability of resources to accommodate travelers safely during the holiday, reports Al-Rai daily.
The tour concluded at Shuaiba port, where Major General Al-Adwani assessed the responsibilities assigned to the security teams, emphasizing the protection of this vital facility, continuous monitoring of operational progress, and full coordination with relevant authorities.
He stressed that no leniency or compromise is acceptable when it comes to defending the nation’s security, urging personnel to act with firmness, vigilance, and unwavering resolve.
