Kuwait’s firm: Continued import of live sheep to ensure stability

Kuwait’s Livestock Transport & Trading Company (K.S.C) announced the ongoing import of live sheep to ensure the stability of food security in the country.

In a news statement, the company said current challenges are affecting maritime shipping routes, adding that it activated emergency plan, in coordination with competent government authorities.

Redirecting import routes through land and air ports will ensure the availability of stock and meet the needs of local market without interruption, it added. – KUNA
