Kuwaitization initiative set to transform workforce efficiency

At the request of the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, a coordination meeting was recently held between the Public Authority for Manpower and the ministry to discuss the government’s decision on the importance of establishing the ‘Kuwaitization Unit’ within the ministry.
The primary goal of this meeting was to clarify various aspects of the Kuwaitization decision and to ensure coordinated efforts between the two parties in successfully and efficiently implementing policies related to the employment of the national workforce.
The Public Authority for Manpower was represented by Mr. Najat Al-Yousef, Deputy Director General for National Manpower Affairs, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on the decision and its potential impacts.
The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy was represented by Eng. Mr. Faisal Al-Sumait, Assistant Undersecretary for Transport Networks, who expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Public Authority for Manpower and discussed potential avenues for collaboration to implement the Kuwaitization decision.
The Public Authority for Manpower stated that this meeting reflects the commitment of authority and the ministry to work together to enhance the employment of national cadres.
