Kuwaiti leadership congratulates His Highness the Amir on Second Anniversary of his accession

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received a heartfelt congratulatory message from His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on the occasion of the second anniversary of His Highness the Amir’s assumption of the reins of power.
