Kuwait welcomes fourth Palestinian Products Festival with open arms

The festival serves as vital economic support for the Palestinian economy amidst the prevailing circumstances in Palestine, encompassing the besieged Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem

The fourth annual Palestinian Products Festival commences at the Kuwait Graduates Society, graced by the esteemed patronage of Rami Tahboub, Palestinian ambassador to Kuwait.

The gathering witnessed a significant turnout, with distinguished attendees including ambassadors, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Kuwait, religious leaders, prominent Kuwaiti and Arab entrepreneurs, alongside engaged members from both the Arab and Palestinian communities.

In his opening remarks, ambassador Tahboub expressed gratitude to the attendees for their participation in the festival and their unwavering support for Palestinian products renowned for their superior quality. He also extended appreciation to the State of Kuwait for graciously opening its markets to Palestinian goods.

We take great pride in the exceptional quality of Palestinian products, and we extend our gratitude to the State of Kuwait for its ongoing support, particularly in facilitating trade and advancing the Palestinian cause,” Tahboub said

The ambassador expressed satisfaction with the turnout at Palestinian exhibitions held in Kuwait, particularly those showcasing food and handicrafts. He emphasized that the strong attendance by Kuwaitis is a testament to their trust in Palestinian products.

Ambassador Tahboub extended his gratitude to the Kuwait Graduates Society for hosting the fourth Palestinian Products Festival and for its unwavering support.

Ibrahim Najar, General Manager of Palcircless, highlighted the diversity of companies participating in the exhibition as one of its distinguishing features. Despite the obstacles imposed by the occupation, eleven companies from the Gaza Strip are participating, he noted.

Najar further said that the participation and attendance of numerous ambassadors and citizens at the exhibition affirm their dedication to supporting the Palestinian cause and products, reflecting their high level of trust in them. He underscored the significance of companies persevering to uphold exceptional quality and development, particularly during challenging times.

The State of Kuwait stands out as the sole Arab nation steadfastly supporting the Palestinian cause at large, and the people of Gaza in particular. We extend our profound gratitude to Kuwait and its people for their unwavering support,” added Najar.
